7 times quality check:

1)  Incoming Material Check- First Step Quality Control

We have a whole department dedicated to incoming raw material quality check.

For example, when we receive PCB materials, we would use our Optical Image Coordinates Measuring Instrument to check the PCB size, thickness, and copper content. If we purchased 3Oz PCBs from our supplier, we need to make sure that we really received 3Oz PCB.

2)  Checking After Reflowing – Second Step Quality Control

We own 8 sets of high speed SMT machines,
2 reflow soldering machines, so we are able to
produce 50,000 meters per day.

This is our Reflow Soldering process. As you can see, we have 4 regular workers stationed here to check the LEDs, resistors, IC, etc one by one; each worker has a driver to light up the semi-finished products. To make sure there is zero quality risk, we set up four people here for quadruple inspections.

3)  PCB to PCB Soldering Testing- Third Step Quality Control

We have machines for soldering which will unify the soldering paste in the same size,
helping us control the final product lengths with precision.
We have two production lines for soldering, both equipped with highly skilled workers.
PCB to PCB and PCB to Cable. After we finish this process, we will power on
the product for quality check to make sure nothing goes wrong.

4)  Assembling Workshop - 4th & 5th Step 100% Quality Control

5)  Cold joint- check

In our assembly room, each table has one driver. Because we require the workers to light up the products for inspection after the production process.

We always use One Bin Only. We only use LEDs with 3-step or 2-step SDCM. 100% acrylic plate to double ensure the color consistency.

6)  Aging Room- Sixth Step Quality Control

This is our aging test room.
For some special colors like purple, RGBW, and RGBWW, we will perform aging test for the whole order for at least 8 hours. This means FULL testing.

For our standard products which
have been selling for many years
with proven quality and stability,
we conduct sample aging tests.

7)  Packaging - Seventh Step Quality Control

When our workers apply the 3M tape, they will light up the strips again to check the performance.

Before packaging, we will light up the strips time and time again for inspections.
